I just went to the Oregon geology site. I had forgotten how s-l-o-w l-o-a-d-i-n-g the maps are. Get a topo of the area your interested in and just draw a red line at the elevation of 20 to 40 ft. The disclaimer on the map says they do not show worst case scenario.

Link please.

My problem is navigating some of these sites.

I am interested in the Yaquina Bay.
I have a steep hill that is paved that we can go up for safety.

I am 17ft from sea level.

I have had some really cool dreams that the ocean is just up to our fondation and colorful fish and friendly dolphins and whales are swimming in our backyard. And the fishing is fantastic. Perch, Halibut and Salmon galore. What a great fantasy dream that re occurring one is.
