Absolutely. And weren't legal precedents set that will make it more difficult to prosecutge any pedophile?

Possibly, they have been. Demanding solid evidence on a molestation case is tantamount to letting molesters go free--as stated before, molestation is not the same as rape, where there would be tearing and bruising. Plus, they seldom commit such acts in front of a camera, or in front of witnesses.
