You're absolutely right of course. So why Snedden left this mother - whom the jury plainly detested from what they are saying - yammer on the witness stand for so long is beyond me. Kind of reminded me of Robin Cotton with her days and days of DNA evidence going right over the jurors' heads, remember that?

Being from California, I'm pretty used to dumb juries. But I have to say, this one takes the cake.
