Think how much harder it would be to tell people about being molested by Father McConnahy, let alone the FAMOUS MICHAEL JACKSON? Add parents who feel guilty that they let Michael whine and bribe his way into the boy's bed, and you are not going to get lots of charges.
True. My EX son-in-law molested a young teen-aged boy and the father wouldn't let him tesify. So, he cleaned the highways for six months in an orange jump suit and went on his merry way.
