OK, Travis. What shall we do? The ballot box continues to get us more of the same. In my mind the legislative and executive branches should all be held to account for failing to execute their duties under the Constitution, U.S. Constitution, Article 4 Section 4:

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion;"

And the judicial should be told to sit down and shut up until we get back to you.

Won't happen so I don't know how to proceed.

I don't know either, except to continue to spread the word. Clearly, the reason for the still-open border is pretty obvious now. They have no plan to secure our border, they plan the opposite, to erase it.

The way I see it, if the federal government will not fulfill its Constitutional mandate, it is up to the Governor of the several states to do so. That means that we must compel Arnold Schwarzenegger of California, along with the AZ, NM, and TX Governors to "BUILD THAT FENCE" that Travis has been showing us photos of. People, it is "we the people" who have the power in our form of government. Now we must use it. Our elected representatives are our "SERVANTS" not our "LORDS" and we must show them this.

I am by no means a Constitutional authority, but the way I read it the States do have the duty and responsibility to pick up the slack left by our federal government's inaction.
