Not exactly. The Sierra Club et.al. will have their "Resource Centers" (you and I call them "cabins").

After all the impounded waters are drained, i would think a fair govt. would return properties back to displaced land owners and their descendants. After all, would that not be the fair thing to do??? Sarcasm switch is "on" .
