You seem to be an expert on the Emancipation Proclaimation... tell me, how many slaves did it free in the Union states? None.
But with that question, you only prove the fact that you haven't a damn clue what the Emancipation Proclamation was.
Now, let's check your Constitutional IQ.
Tell me how Lincoln could have freed any slaves in a "Union" state?

If the south was part of the union, how could he have done it for any state? The EP was a gimmick to keep Europe out of the war.

Oh, well then, since lincoln's SO-CALLED "EP" never freed a single slave in the north & only had "force of law" in the southland, how many slaves did it free in yankee-occupied areas of dixie until at least Jan 1,1863???
the answer is NONE, especially since the US Army was still SELLING slaves on the New Orleans auction block nearly a YEAR later. (the sold slaves were mostly sent to the Carribean, to die in the sugarcane fields. MG Benjamin "THE BEAST" Butler & his friends in the Union Army GOT RICH from selling slaves. but then, you DO know that "inconvienient fact", don't you???)
