Yesterday on some morning news show there was a story about how many illegals come across the border that aren't Mexicans. The percentage is pretty high and they get arrested and released, unbelievable. I was told in the 1980s that the Mid East terrorists were using Panama as an R&R center. There is a sizable Muslim community here with a Mosque in Panama City. If a middle eastern man were to put on western clothing he could blend in here pretty good and have a support base. I don't know about Costa Rica, Honduras and the rest, but there are reports of indigenous people in Mexico converting to Islam. It is becoming obvious that Mexico is on the verge of a meltdown. Unemployment is rampant. Bush allows illegal immigration to exist as a safety valve.

The institutional corruption in the government and security forces is being exacerbated by Drug money. The wealthy families that control the Mexican economy wanted a piece of the drug profits - but it has gotten out of their control.

The Mexican cities along the Texas border have become Mogadishu like lawless enclaves run by drug lords.

I believe we will soon have to use our military to clean up Mexico.
