Then again this post is just for discussion-- we're not reading these sources to learn anything.  We do are learning with the original BEA, BLS, and Fed data.  Then we make up our own minds and the way we check to see if our thinking is correct is we look to see if our bank accounts are growing. 

Please note this is different than watching the TV news to hear about whose fault it was that the latest welfare payment wasn't big enough.

I don't mind reading that stuff, but I understand that the level of rhetoric that claims "we are doomed" by one measure or another is approaching that what I saw and heard during the Reagan Administration. The only difference, in my opinon, is that back then this forum did not exist and the rhetoric was designed to get us to vote Dem, whereas now, the usual suspects are using Dem-leaning rhetoric to get us to vote 3P. Either way it's a joke.
