This is where the Checks and Balances of the Constitution come into play, Congress has authority to check the judiciary but they aren't the longer they wait to use that right the worse it will get.
How many times in the history of this country has a member of the SCOTUS or district courts been impeached? How many times has a federal districts like the 9th been done away with by an act of congress? Given the statistics, which is going to have practical impact, changing the courts by presidental appointments or impeaching judges? Given what the donks are doing now, do you think impeaching a judge is a good standard for us to set? Donks use a filibuster now. Think what would happen if they decided to hold impeachment hearings for future SCOTUS a few judges who were in the majority that overturnes roe. Currently, they filibuster judges on the behest of Neas, NOW, et al. They will only get more craven and craized as a 10-15 senate seat minority unless they totatly implode in 06 and 09...
