That's Wal-Mart.
Target does it different around here. First of all, they have a telephoto arrangement on the roof so they can zoom in on stuff as it's happening based on certain pre-programmed parameters (and I bet they didn't know people had figured that one out). Inside they use fiber optic pickups that are less obtrusive than the blackbubbles in Wal-Mart. They're probably cheaper to.
Over in the electronics section I found several pickups on the bottom shelf of one of the counters. Presumably there are others at varying heights above the floor.
I bet Wal-Mart thinks I've been casing their joint but all I was doing was figuring out the safest spot in the building in case of tornado. That drew my eyes to the ceiling, and WOW!
It is my humble opinion that the Gypsies have figured a way around all of this stuff.

So today, there was a vote in the House today regarding US out of WTO. Only 84 voted for it and most of them were hard core Leftists. So right now, the far left own the idea of US out of WTO. And they should not. We should! I can see what the strategy will be in '06. The Dems will now be able to say that the GOP does not stand for America. They will use this to gain in the House and maybe the Senate. In '08, I predict that Hillary will appear to embrace tougher immigration laws and will at least float the idea of US out of the WTO. She'll use this vote as ammo. Then of course, once she's in there, bait and switch time. If y'all hated 8 years of Slick, that was only a taste of the pain that's headed our way ....

Such a totalitarian recommendation is no surprise. Half of the 10-member (supposedly independent, bipartisan) 9/11 Commission was comprised of members of the world-government promoting Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). CFR members on the commission included Thomas H. Kean, who served as chair, and Lee H. Hamilton, the vice chair, along with Jamie S. Gorelick, Bob Kerrey, and John F. Lehman. Philip D. Zelikow (CFR), one of three members of the commissions staff, was the executive director.

The company is also attempting to develop an implant that would contain a Global Positioning System, which would allow the implanted carrier to be pinpointed anywhere on the planet.

Bluntly stated, should this technology be fully implemented, it would be the nucleus of an all-encompassing global network of continual surveillance of everywhere we go and everything we buy.
For starters, it should create a semi-independent federal agency tapping into private resources that would develop and enforce security standards. That is, a marriage between private and public sectors for developing security standards would be arranged with government undoubtedly being the senior partner. In Germany and Italy such a perverse partnership was called fascism.
So, the goal is to implant good people to track THEM (and HOPE to 'root out' bad people), and create a semi-secret GLOBAL POLICE to watch us..
