I could have sworn that you said 'it was a wash'. But it is pretty hard to follow your mental contortions, so I could be wrong. Unlike you, of course...you're never wrong. That was concerning the illegal economy, but I assume you knew that. It is a wash as far as taxing illegal revenues.
