Good Thursday morning, fellow political junkies. Today's cloture vote on the Pryor nomination is scheduled at 4:PM. Follow along with us, here, and comment...
:-)
Did anyone hear Harold Ford on Imus this morning...someone just told me that he tore Dea a new a**hole..really let him have it..said that there might have to be changes made? Has this hit the wires yet?
I was fascinated yesterday, when they started debating pulling out of the WTO---I don't remember even hearing that that was being spoken about!!
Thoughts? Yes/NO?
I didn't hear that. I don't want change...I want the entire country to see what the Rat party has become.
What a Graphic....ROFL!!!
:-D
Happy Anniversary!
Here ya go:
To: McGruff
Imus is drooling over Harold J. Ford, Jr.
And Harold is damning the President with his "I support the troops, I supported the war" subtrafuge. Basically Ford's letter commanded the President to stop lying about the war. But nooooo, he didn't mean the letter to be a tough rebuke. So tell us Harold, who made that letter public????
Shut up Harold!!! (Imus would have silenced any other guest).
But you gotta hand it to Harold. Everything Imus asks about, Harold is ready. I've never seen anything like it......with Harold Ford, Jr., it's BS as far as the eye can see! He ALWAYS, without fail, covers both sides of every issue, to make you think he might actually be convinced to vote either side of any issue.
Whoa! Harold says Howard Dean won't be accompanying him on the campaign trail. He says Dean doesn't understand the people of Tennessee. Harold said he is going to ask Howard Dean directly today if he's going to be able to control his mouth. Listen folks, for Harold Ford to be this openly critical of Howard Dean, I'd say Dean is in real danger of losing his job. Not because of what he's said, though that will be the excuse given. He will soon get the boot because he can't raise. money.
and who does this benefit? HILLARY! She and Bill will tell the Dems, "I told you so!" The next DNC chairman will be handpicked by Hillary.

He slapped down the 10 commandments and would tear the facade off of the Supreme Court building.
He should be defeated on the floor vote and a few Republican Senators should switch on the vote to do it.
W is in charge and should pick the best. Pryor has no backbone. He's more of a politician than a constitutional judge.
I have not heard much about it yet, but considering who is for staying and who is for pulling out, I'd lean toward getting out.
You and me both---I don't want Howard Dean going anywhere--
Maybe "we" should not come down so hard on his comments..just keep documenting them all!!!
I have a question about Bill Richardson..last week there was an article here talking about possible 2008 Dem nominees..A Dem stragetist, of the record said that he has "marital issues"..and the Dems wouldn't want a repeat of Bubba. I never heard that about Bill Richardson..anyone have any info?
He's the best gift we've been given in years, imo.
Most americans do not know america is NOT a democracy either..
-OR- that socialism is Slavery by Government..
I think Dean needs to stay right where he is!
Maybe someone is doing it wrong(sex)..
wow..thanks...
No, but Taco Bill has the rogue's twinkle in his eye. I can see him charming the panties off of starry-eyed lefty gals. Don't forget, he was Boner Bill's go-to guy when it came to getting Screwinski out of the White House.
I am sorry---I had to get one more "gig" in about A-Rod---
Texas had to take so much grief for giving him that humongous contract, that I guess we don't have much "love" for him....
I'll quit teasing you, I promise...(at least until the play-offs, if they play each other!)
So, I enjoy other things. 8-)
