we will see McCainiac stand up and say the "ploy" by the gang of 7 RINO's was a trojan horse all along and they snookered the 7 Dims et al into going for it.

The political landscape is such a tenderbox that any Supreme Court appointment is going to start a huge blaze. If Renquist steps down in the next couple of months, we have to get a very solid conservative seated in his place. It may be that all we get from 8 years of the Bush Administration at the Supreme Court level is a younger conservative to replace a very reliable Renquist.All of the more liberal justices may decide to ride it out.

Maybe Stevens or O'Connor will decide to do the right thing and step down while Bush is in office, but I'm not really counting on it.

I want Bolton to try and get his hands around the UN. That is the important vote to me. Maybe not to you, but to me it is.

See my tag line, I changed it on the night of the "deal" from "Enact the Constitutional option now!" that I had for over four months. I want to see Bolton in and I want our judges, they are both important.

From your earlier post, I thought you were saying that the Bolton delay showed the Dems were not honoring the "deal". Sorry for the misunderstanding.
