TB colonies, similar to those for leprosy, would work. San Clemente Island, an old bombing range, should work out just fine until the criminal aliens could be shipped home for treatment.

I just read that a drug resistant TB is being brought across from Mexico by illegals. Add to that the fact that so many border hospitals are overwhelmed by caring for illegals that tax payers are having a difficult time receiving care themselves and we have a set up for disaster.
