Do you mean the fact that what she is doing is being judged as sin? No. I mean she being judged as a sinner by sinners. John 8:7 decribes the situation quite well.

I hardly see anyone lining up with stones to stone these two to death.
Another misquote of the Bible designed to silence the
believers while the culture of death takes over and kills us all.
I wonder what our great grandparents would say if they were alive to see it?
My how our society has changed in just a few generations.
And we sit in silence secretly approving it's degeneration
and taking pleasure and profit in it's wickedness.
Abortion, Homosexuality, Lesbianism, feminism, perversion,
Pornography, Divorce, the destruction of our family's by
the courts, etc have become widely accepted by not only the
mainstream public but so-called Christians alike.
Meanwhile Satin stands behind the pulpit misquoting Jesus
and the prophets to make it all seem relative.
Have we forgotten the history of Sodom and Gomorrah, Rome,
Israel, Greece and how these very same things caused it's downfall?
If so than back to Babylon we go.
Matthew 4.6 "If you are the Son of God, throw yourself
down; for it is written, "He will command his angels
concerning you,' and "On their hands they will bear you
up, so that you will not dash your foot against a
stone.' "

You are in fact misusing that quote. The sinner will be judged by God, but the sin, as a matter of discernment (on the part of the believer) must be judged as what it is...Sin!
