Uh, NO, I don't think I'll buy that you're an employer, at least, certainly not one that hires anyone legally. As an employer you are REQUIRED to ask immigration status! What EMPLOYER doesn't know to have their employees fill out an I-9? They're right here: http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-9.htm

Well... I'll plead ignorance of whatever the HR department of the company must do. But I have been instructed that when doing interviews there a whole host of questions that I cannot ask. Marital status, citizenship, blah blah...
