He didn't do as well as FDR if you wish to place blame. FDR kissed up to Hitler and knew about the Nazi concentration camps and over six millions Jews died. We can do this all day if you wish to do this but the numbers show Democrats have allowed many more people to die no matter how you look at it.
I'm not interested in Democrats or Republicans, or who is more to blame. My comment was on Nixon.
