The "free trade" system set up by the WTO forms a socialist trading system that takes the competitive advantage from "rich" countries and gives it to "poor" countries. It has more to do with a global reorganization of our governmental systems centralizing power in a few global institutions than it does have anything to do with "free" or "trade". That's one of the reasons I am becoming disillusioned with the Republican party. We are slouching toward this kind of system and they don't appear to be inclined to do anything to stop it.
