I think Frist has the votes. He only needs two and the gang of 14 has heard the voters.

We only need 2 of those 7 RINO votes to change the rules. Limpwrist Lindsey Graham sounds like the pressure from his SC base may be getting to him, so he might be fairly easy to turn.

Surely Frist and Bush can do enough arm twisting on some of the other 6 to get at least 1 more to do the right thing. Every Senator has a wish list for his state, and Frist has the power to stall or move whatever it is a recalcitrant Repub Senator needs to keep the folks back home happy.
