we'll lose it. McCain and his gang will not alow the senate rules to be changed for any reason. so then what happens?

I think Frist has the votes. He only needs two and the gang of 14 has heard the voters.

McCain and his gang will not alow the senate rules to be changed for any reason. so then what happens? That's completely false, as you and almost all here well know.

we'll lose it. McCain and his gang will not alow the senate rules to be changed for any reason. so then what happens? We only need 2 of those 7 RINO votes to change the rules. Limpwrist Lindsey Graham sounds like the pressure from his SC base may be getting to him, so he might be fairly easy to turn.
Surely Frist and Bush can do enough arm twisting on some of the other 6 to get at least 1 more to do the right thing. Every Senator has a wish list for his state, and Frist has the power to stall or move whatever it is a recalcitrant Repub Senator needs to keep the folks back home happy.

"we'll lose it. McCain and his gang will not alow the senate rules to be changed for any reason. so then what happens?" Do it anyway which will force the McCain led troops to make up their mind if they want to stay in the Republican camp or not. Forget McCain. That stupid fool is done anyway.
