I don't see a problem with shutting down the freeway, then shooting out the gas tank, tires, or even the driver if they have to. This is insane! Haven't seen any traffic updates, but I'll bet it's a zoo.
Isn't Aaaaahnold in charge of the CHP? People stuck in those cars could have serious health problems, and there was a lot of talk of gridlock on surface streets, preventing people from getting medical attention.
