This guy has been sentenced to life in prison.
That is awesome and will bring the abortion debate into new light.
I was looking for this point to be made before I posted. There is NO WAY this sentence will stand if taken to the highest court in the nation.
While I believe he got what he deserved, if the Constitution exempts her from any legal action then I can't believe that the PENUMBRA of abortion can not extend to the father as long as the mother agrees and participates.
Whatever happens it is PROOF that "FINDING" rights in the US Constitution that are NOT THERE only lead to convoluted court decisions as this.
