That statement has already been put out there by a member of the MSM. That seems to indicate that the MSM already is trying to point out that this memo proves NOTHING.

Kerry will look like the total fool that he is for listening to the rapid DUers.

I disagree that this act in any way autorized war. It is a much stronger arguement that the 1991 cease-fire stipulated that Hussein had to agree to certain conditions, which he did not. Unfortunately, at the time, our President was more interested in fitting an intern under the Presidental Desk, then kicking Hussein's butt.


From the Iraqi Liberation Act of 1998 (last paragraph): "Nothing in this Act shall be construed to authorize or otherwise speak to the use of United States Armed Forces (except as provided in section 4(a)(2)) in carrying out this Act . "
