There are legal drugs available by presciption that have the exact same medicinal properties as marijuana.

Tbis law was nothing but an excuse for people to get high legally.

Name ONE! And that means one that goes to the same exact receptors as THC, has the exact same side effects, is non-addictive, and is best when inhaled. Though, you said "drugs" as in plural, are there 5? 20? How many, and how long until the FDA approves them. Sorry, using a drug that is not allowed in this country does not count.
