Don't right-wing conservatives go around telling people how evil society is and how we should change it? That what some people do in their personal lives hurts society and damages children.What does that have to do with this decision? Nothing whatsoever. Ginsberg, Breyer, Souter, and Stevens are not right-wing in any way shape matter or form. This decision is pro-New Deal through and through. By definition, anyone who approves of it can in no way be called a conservative. You're confusing dimwit authoritarians who think they're conservative with genuine "classic liberal" conservatives.

The decision appeals to some in the right-wing. Sicila(sp?) voted against it as well. There are conservatives who would disagree with you, many are on this site.
