I was listening when I could today to the hearing of the Armed Services Committee and I heard a couple of the military men on the panel, explaining how they had to practically start from scratch to re-build the military after the 90's,...and that is why we have had to spend so much money...

and why, at the first of the war, there wasn't as much body armor and armored vehicles...because Clinton didn't care...his idea of a war was flying at tens of thousands of feet and indiscriminately dropping bombs...

and that is why ole Weasely Clark gets on Fox and "brags" about not losing his troops...shoot he was throwing darts at Kosovo...our troops now, are practically in hand-to-hand combat...

I totally believe the Generals, but the Democrats will never admit that they are the ones that made 9-11 happen, I read the 9-11 Commission Report, they were far to kind to Clinton, but reading between the lines and reading the other books that the military guys have written, the blame is squarely on Bill Clinton. He made us weak and vulnerable and a target, no bunch of half-a-- terrorists punks would have dared to attack us on our own soil with our own planes, if Clinton had retaliated when they tried to blow up the World Trade Center the first time! IMHO
