I'll give David this much...

He certainly has cajones to keep entering the den of snakes.
I'm surprised they haven't lit his beard on fire...

Good read. These liberals are ridiculous. I have had more than my share of arguments with them and they all end up in the same way, liberals responding to queries by repeating the same BS over and over. You can't argue with liberals because they don't argue with reason or logic...only attitude and emotion. They are irrational, self-centered and jaded.

It’s time for legislatures to take a look at the institutions they fund. The integrity of our educational system is at stake. Taxpayers do not underwrite the public schools so that political activists posing as teachers can have a captive audience for their political agendas.

I still believe that schools are largely a reflection of their communities, and I'm having trouble envisioning more than a token couple of the leftist teachers described here teaching at any public school within a hundred miles of me.

As long as both sides are adequately represented, I don't think it's a bad idea to expose students to reasoned debate. They need to learn discernment at some point.

Excellent post.

"Walking away from the crowd that had gathered for our little dust up, I found myself alongside Marcie Winograd. “Don’t you think it’s abusive to inflict your political agendas on school children who are here for an education?” I asked. “But the media are all on the other side,” she replied. “Even if your claim were correct,” I said, “and it is not, this is not the media. This is a school. Can’t you appreciate the difference?” “The media are on the other side" she repeated. I could see the whole issue was above her mental ceiling and gave up."

How do these valiant patriotic truth tellers, like David Horowitz, continue to fight for our freedoms, hour after hour, day after day? I have the utmost respect for their stamina and determination.

David H.'s account of Leftist propaganda promoted in schools is all the more frightening because it's everywhere, relentless, and starts in kindergarten. Some high school kids say they spout the party line in class to keep the teacher happy. They know it's ridiculous, but they don't realize how dangerous it is.

I knew the audience would be composed of left-wing activists whom I have reason to know are intolerant, obnoxious, and nasty when gathered in a public setting – and can be violent, as well.

The Left intolerant?...Say it ain's so!

At one time, school teachers had to take an oath they were not Communists or Communist sympathizers. Obviously, those days are gone for good. Now they have infiltrated and taken over the classrooms.

Publik edumacashun needs a massive internal housecleaning. This is outrageous!

McGovern described the war in Iraq as a "war for oil" because, as he explained, "we're running out of oil," and the war on terror as caused by "America's support for Israel." He told the students that 100,000 innocent Iraqis had been killed by America (repeating a false story that the left was spreading

As far as "war for oil", why doesn't anyone point out that the US imports more oil from EITHER Venezuela or Canada, than any single nation, mideast or other. That the oil that Iraq exports or has exported, doesn't put it in the top 5 of mideast oil exporters, let alone the world top 10. And that with the amount of oil the US gets from Iraq, that the rest of the world benefits more from this war than we do.

As far as the US being a puppet for Israel, lets see, your going to tell me that a nation of 6 million people controls a nation of 270+ million people? That 100 million Arabs are being oppressed by 6 million jews?

And lastly 100,000 innocent people were killed by Americans in the Iraq war. First, I'm not sure on this, but I don't think 100,000 total have died in the Iraq war. Next, do they include the women and children that Iraqi soldiers used as shields to cowar behind? In defiance of course. Do they also include the men and boys who were forced to take up arms, or else the wives and mothers and sisters and babies would be raped, tortured, and murdered? Do they also include all the people killed by "freedom fighters" and "insurgents" Who aren't even Iraqis, but Muslim FANATICS from OTHER COUNTRIES?

There are so many REAL FACTS that you never hear about, that I think the real disinformation in this war, was not our military vs. Iraqs military. Its our own media and leftist elite vs. our own COUNTRY.

Treason is best described as AIDING and PROVIDING COMFORT to the ENEMY. Well the MSM and Left have aided the enemy with their disinformation. And they have provided comfort with there support.

Media Benjamin's Code Pink strikes again.

Let there be no doubt, some time in the future, events will warrant having to remove these evil treasonous slime from the gene pool. The very survival of our Republic will depend on it. Those of the side of Liberty shall prevail -- in the end, good always triumphs over evil.
