I dunno. I live in NC. I'm 5'8" weigh 150 pounds since I was a teenager in 1968. At the age of 55, I'm still in the same shape that I was 37 years ago. Then again, I just eat at home, never at McDonalds, etc. I don't know if that makes any difference, but, I'll take roast beef and gravy on mashed potatoes, whole milk, and for dessert, a slice of blueberry-apple pie with vanilla Breyers ice cream on top, drizzled with Creme Bouliouet.
I know you're not my husband posting under another name, because he's doing the dishes for me at the moment and his computer is turned off :)
He's 50 and has weighed about 150-175 since he was in his teens and he's just shy of 6 foot.
We use real butter, whole milk, sour cream, heavy cream, real cheese, eggs and all the other stuff they tell us we can't - and we eat RED MEAT!!!!!!!!
Now that's what I call eating----I avoid anything that says "low fat"or "low carb". They just add chemicals and tons of sodium to make it remotely edible.
