Regime change has been an American policy under the Clinton administration, and it is the current policy. I support the policy. But regime change in and of itself is not sufficient justification for going to war--particularly unilaterally--unless regime change is the only way to disarm Iraq of the weapons of mass destruction pursuant to the United Nations resolution. A very good quote right there it seems to me!
Isn't he admitting Saddam possessed WMD's in this quote also?

I just pray that one of the Republican senators, like George Allen, go to the Senate floor armed with these same speeches that John F'n Kerry gave....
That way, when Kerry brings up the stupid memo, that they will read every single word that Kerry has said re: the same subject...
BTW, I didn't note the date---did his speech in 2002 come after the memo, or before?
