You don't live in Mass, do you? Traffic laws are guide lines, unless the State or the town is looking for bucks. Take Click It Or Tick It, for example.

In Mass you cannot be sited for a seat belt violation, unless you are pulled over for another infraction. Now I am driving down 93 doing 75 passing all the Staties on detail, chance of a ticket small, a:) Because every one else is doing 85 and B: It is a frigging work detail, not a traffic detail.

No, I don't live in Massachusetts, I live in the birthplace of Mardi Gras (not New Orleans) and you can be cited for simply speeding here, and thats how it should be.

Everyone knows that speeding makes them more likely to be in an accident, yet they do it anyway. The reason speeding tickets are given out is so we can identify insurance risks so that those of us who follow the law aren't penalized as much for the bad driving of the speeders.
