The whole Watergate thing was very confusing to me at the time. I was a young skull full of mush then. Even more confusing was the Vietnam war. It took me years to figure that out. The one thing I can wholeheartedly praise Nixon for was putting an end to what JFK and LBJ messed up. LBJ was one of the worst presidents we've ever had.
I dare say that no one really knows who will run---that is the bad thing (the only one) about having Cheney as his VP, President Bush didn't help his party with a logical VP candidate to take his place...
I bet the dems would be in the same position if it weren't would kill anyone else that tries to unseat her as the "rightful" POTUS candidate!!!
I think we should concentrate on the 2006 elections---Senate and House. After all, there are more important things right now...like the SUPREME COURT and the other judicial nominees...
