Kerry is going to be using a petition calling for President Bush's impeachment ... he'll be beating the drum to get more signatures and interest in the impeachment of the president and thinks the news that Bush and Blair discussed Iraq in 2002 "proves" his case

So typical. So low. Divert attention, throw grenades into rice stockpiles so the Senate can't focus on judicial nominations, Social Security reform, and such. If he has evidence, he needs to turn it over to responsible Representatives in the House for action.

Excellent analysis, another clintonista diversion tactic. Change the topic, change the subject, no one does it better than the rats.

Just checked the c-span schedule--

Rememer a couple weeks ago when I opined we should look outside the Senate for a candidate and I suggested Mitt Romney?

I was just checking TV Guide a bit ago (we're watching a Clint Eastwood movie) and I saw on CSPAN "Road to the White House" so I clicked on it ( and it said it's about (drumroll please!) Mitt Romney and HRC. It starts in 15 minutes but I can't watch it due to the movie.

And now we have Bill Moyers' disgusting attacks everywhere on TV to shore up the sagging fortunes of the likes of Crazy Ralph. The old media love to shove a mic at Moyers with the camera rolling. He does their work for them.

Liddy is on in Baltimore 12noon to 3pm - some hours are time delayed - and perhaps can be streamed from this station

Liddy was trying to tell the story that he believes is the real reason why they went into the DNC headquarters.

See:

http://www.liddyletter.com/letter/victory.htm

I believe that the story was first told in the book Silent Coup. Liddy originally claimed to not know the reason for the entry and now subscribes to the theory in the book.

MSM, including Chris Wallace, don't want the story told because it reflects badly on the DemocRATs.

Nader is so crazy he is hard to watch! He just stated: "We have no major enemies left in the world"

Well, that makes sense, since his return in April, 2001 from signing that paper with Saddam and Osama guaranteeing "Peace in our time!"

/sarcasm

I was soooo glad to get to watch the BenVenista/Liddy interview. It's clear to me, Ben Venista's main gripe is that these felons, these revisionists, Nixon loyalists, got air time, have been all over television, spoiling the democrats' Watergate Party.

Ben Venista knows that wouldn't have happened "back in the day". He might as well be honest about it, and whine openly about the left no longer controlling the news we get. Watergate was their last hurrah.

Oh how the left longs for the good ole days...before Fox News, Rush, the internet.

Republicans plan to issue a response to Senator Kerry by using his own words against him, a tactic used in the 2004 Election. Where Sen. Kerry was quoted as saying the war was justified and Saddam Hussein needed to be removed.

That's nice.

But the question is, Will the GOP pony up the dough to buy the air time to announce this on commercials every time the old media covers Kerry's allegations? I don't see the old media giving equal time to the pubblies to refute Kerry's manure-slinging.

I heard some of the 5pm replay, and heard BV say "I would not give my medal of freedom to him.... Obviously BV sees himself as equivalent to a POTUS, who gets to choose Freedom Medal recipients.

I believe when he said this it was part of what I was describing earlier...he was conceding Mark Felt had behaved unethically (but he still argued the ends justified the means, ultimately). So I have to disagree he was portraying himself as POTUS, but was using a phrase to convey the message.

He [Wallace] also didn't point out that many of these poor, prisoners that have been let go, have gone back and killed Afghanis and US troops...

^^^^^

I was silently screaming at Wallace to ask BV : "If the Gitmo prisoners have never been able to explain their side of 'the story' how did so many get freed? Just because they did not have an ACLU lawya does not mean that they did not have anyone listening to them."

I turned to c-span 2, to see an interview with Zell Miller, and instead you have John Anderson, ex-presidential candidate telling Zell Miller what is wrong with the REp. party.!!!!

Hi snugs. What is your dad's take on America at this point, the direction the country is going -- how does he see us now v. how he has seen us over the many years gone by?

Yes---the other night on c-span, I saw a speech that Mitt gave in, guess where? ---New Hampshire!!

He opened with a few jokes, the only one I remember is the one where he said that in Massachusetts, whenever the government issues a "Code Orange" it doesn't refer to the WOT, it refers to the day that John Kerry goes to the tanning salon!!!!

Why else would Mitt be going to New Hampshire to give a speech, unless it is a prelude to a POTUS run?

Juan had dinner with Howard Dean last week. He was reading word-for-word Dean's talking points with passionate gestures. LOL!

Juan is too transparent. It's always obvious when he's been hobnobbing with the dem powers that be. He speaks fluently for a couple paragraphs, with great emphasis.

And then ol' Brit, he just gobsmacks 'im. Every time.

Juan, not having a mic in his ear, linking him to a dem power mouth, shuts down, sputtering and fluttering.

It's a beautiful thing. In its own way.

I'm glad you got to see it. You are correct, they wish they had complete control of the message still.
