Could it be that the MSM is just that desperate to portray tension in order to keep viewers? DOOOOOM INEVITABLE!!!film at 11.
Exactly! Let us not foget that they have been threatening to impeach Bush since 2001! Before 9/11, let them try, we can then rehash all the dirty laundry from the Clinton Administration. Kerry is trying to get himself re-elected to the Senate so he's going after the lunatics in Massachusetts. If they weren't so dangerous this whole thing would be funny. I don't care what the rest of the world thinks frankly! Screw them, they'll change their tunes as soon as they need something from us. Tomorrow we will be back to arguing about Bolton and Judges. It was a slow news week I say to myself somewhat confidently. Also I don't think it will gain any traction in the House. No Way DeLay will let it be brought up.
British memo: Bush bent data to fit Iraq policy
Thanks to backhoe .
Clinton fired all US Attorneys when he took office, that's a fact, unprecedented in US history. But we'll never know how many of his toadies still lurk in the halls of government.
Not that it ever matters with Democrats, but can they prove it? This "memo" sounds like a summary of some low level bureaucrats notes. But that's just me.
I'm aware of all that and it buttresses my point that you apparently were responding to.
Then we UNITE and fight them and stop them as we have for the last 11 years.
The Senate can't do anything with the House and Hastert quietly rules the House with an iron fist. Let Kerry look like a bitter sore loser. This will be good. Plus, we have the Internet, bloggers, talk radio, and Fox News. This isn't like the Nixon days when the Democrats were in charge of the Congress and the only news around was the Liberal MSM.
Yes he is Angry Liberal alert, of course that is redundant.
A Fox Sunday Show without Brit---isn't worth watching, IMHO!!!
But, get a load of how smarmy Ben-Veniste is!!
Hwe was chief of the Watergate Task Force of the Watergate Special Prosecutor's Office from 1973 to 1975
Just checked the c-span schedule--tonight at 6:00 and 9:00est will be an interview with Zell Miller
Tomorrow the Senate starts at 2:00pm edt..
Before that, on c-span 2, is a hearing with Dick Thornburgh and Jamie Gorelick about post9/11 terrorism, or something..
it is 2 hours...
He seems smarmy to me!
Thanks Ernest
Gordon Liddy did not look well to me, has he had some recent health problems?
I lived through the crimes of Bill Clinton and this makes me very cynical.
...Which is why all the breast-beating by the Watergate participants.
We've lived through Clinton and he was waaaaay worse than Nixon. Thus they are struggling to maintain and relive their relevance.
This ain't 1972 any more Dorothy.
^^^^^^
Well put. Anyone who wants to pay any attention to the current kerfuffle over Watergate/Nixon/impeachment will have the message of the Clinton years as a fantastic "contrast and compare."
The net result: "Is that all there was?!"
I have not heard about Liddy but is an older man. Can anyone spin silliness as well as Juan? Fred just nailed Juan it was not a Red state, blue state thing! Duh!
