Dean is probably still running from Liddy.

"G. Gordon will be interesting."
Yes! I may actually turn my television set on this morning.
To: Alas Babylon!
I think I'm going to have to see what Liddy has to say!

CNN has SIX "former" folks. They never actually leave, do they? Drudge said it best on Hannity - "We are celebrating 25th anniversary of CNN on Fox". Wish he would not have hyped the gitmo story that night.

I'm pulling my hair out. On Fox News, they had one of their idiot morning anchors interview a rep from Human Rights Watch-it was terrible. If you have a guest on and your interviewer is uninformed, you need to have a rep from the other side.
This was terrible. I'm not hopeful about Wallace and the AI interview.
To: mathluv
He's probably afraid he'll have to give up another one of his books.
To: onyx
Liddy is always interesting. Like him or not, he never waffles...and that (as Martha Stewart would say) is a good thing.
BTW if you haven't read his biography, WILL, do so. It's very good. He also has a new book out about the way things used to be when he was a kid.
To: anita
Well they need something to complain about.
To: Patriot from Philly
I am not hopeful, either. I saw that interview (done by the odious Julian) and it was disgraceful. No opposition to balance, and Julian didn't challenge him on anything. Disgraceful, as I said.
To: mainepatsfan
Maybe Liddy will comment on one of the lawsuits Dean has filed against him, but won't follow through with. - Or am I that far behind on what is happening with that?

I'm not hopeful about Wallace and the AI interview. Steve, ED & Brian already teased Wallace about that & reminded him of his Kerry contribution.

Oh yeah, I read his book when it first came out. I think I remember packing it the other day...lol.
I like him too, but I liked him more before I saw a pic of him wearing nothing but a Speedo. YUCK!

Did Dean file a new one? Last I heard the one he had filed against Liddy was dismissed by the judge.

Y'all want some campy fun this morning? Watch DEEP BLUE SEA on TBS.

"Ben-Viniste was one of the smarmy creeps on the 9-11 Commission."
Yes, and I was not pleased when I heard he was on there. Talk about a big political hack! I first remember seeing him when Bubba was having all his problems. He was on TV frequently (Fox primarily, as best I recall). He literally spewed lies and venom - -I often wanted to throw something at the TV

Julian is that obnoxious combination of ignorant and arrogant. He was commenting on his suggestion that an independent commission be established and he acted like it was the most brilliant and original idea ever.
There are dozens of spokesmen on the conservative side that would have ripped that Human Rights guy.
No more Julian without a knowledgeable adult.

Plot: "Doctors in an underwater laboratory discover a chemical in the brains of sharks capable of reviving human brain cells. Using gene therapy the doctors create sharks with larger brain masses as a way to speed up the production of the life saving antidote. The result is a breed of Mako that is bigger, stronger, smarter, faster and more fierce then anything man has seen before. The sharks gain the ability to reason and turn on their masters resulting in an all or nothing fight to the finish between man and the ultimate predator"
(Pardon my goofing off this morning...I need a break.)

SHARK WEEK every summer gets me jumpy enough...don't think I could take this one. LOL
To: Alas Babylon!
I'll watch Mehlman to see if Russert gives him 'free-pass' like he did to Deaniac. Wonder if he'll ask him if he's gay.
Looks like 'Stephie's' 'gonna have that pinkish-glow on his cheeks with Biden & Bradlee to 'service'... two-bit pimp!
'Gonna keep my ears open for this 'Impeachment' bruhaha that's set to hit the stage with Kerry this week. I heard Kondrake say that the Dem's are going with it.
