Drew/King, Big city school districts, Compton Ca, Oakland Ca., Detroit, Baltimore, Washington DC, same problems as South Africa. Forty percent, 40% unemployment, Aids out of control, Economic failure, talk of land redistribution, re Zimbabwe, the taking over of the country, from Apartheid, has been a tremendous success.

Their solution, more money, more money, unfortunately you have to do something positive with the money and from past experience it appears they don't have a clue. The same thing is happening with the School system in the United States.
