You're right and I hope he does. Graham has always come across as a very devout Christan Conservative but on this issue he blinked and I don't think it will happen again.

Can't say never now but hopefully can say only once.

I'll give him another chance to redeem himself. If justices are able to get a vote on the floor as well as John Bolton, then we are able to achieve the end game.

But it doesn't look like it at this point.
