I think that was a publicity stunt--she couldn't possibly have expected that Clinton would actually speak to her--but I, too, enjoy it when the Clintons' previous crimes emerge to cause them trouble, especially Hillary.
She also couldn't have expected Bubba to be there, since that location was his second choice.
