And what exactly was the President supposed to ask approval of, if there wasn’t agreement between our allies?

My thoughts exactly. What, pray tell, is wrong with two world leaders planning a pre-strategy, a rough draft of their goals, approaches etc. BEFORE they go to their respective congress and parliament??

Bonkers Conyers and HorseFace are pandering to their far left looney tune base with this one.
