So if an LDS member saw me charging at you waving an ax, he'd make no attempt to protect you?

Secondly, the LDS Church is very big on supporting the law of the land.

Which doesn't mean you can't advocate changing the law.

I don't accept that being a member of LDS prevents one from being meaningfully pro-life; and even if it did, I'd still be opposed to a person with Romney's position on abortion being the GOP presidential nominee.
