I'm guessing he'd go right into custody as a flight risk, so it'd have to be the jail infirmary....this, of course, if he's found guilty.

If he does it will be the jail hospital. He will be taken in to custode the moment the verdict is read. He's a bigger flight risk than Emilia Earhart.
