Please ping me on the Natelee thread if there is anything new, DJ. I'm desperate for her parents. (Thanks, sw)

Apparently, the jury does not believe he is innocent.

They don't have to believe he is innocent. They are only passing judgment on the prosecution's case - did the prosecutor convince beyond a reasonable doubt?

They could believe that he did it all and still be forced to acquit. That's the way our justice system works.

Listening to a juror on CTV, he said they didn't believe Robeson, Calkin & the other boy (name has escaped me), when they said,

"Nothing happened. Were not molested by MJ."

This juror is contradicting the verdict right & left.

The Jury thought they could get away with the Not Guilty verdict, but it's blowing up in their faces. The more they talk, the worse it is for them. Good!

OMG!! I know! Juror #1 is just killin' the verdict in the CTV interview.

Last night, Nancy had the foreman on the ropes. He was sorry as hell, he was interviewed by Nancy.

I wonder if any of the others are willing to go head to head w/Nancy.........

LOL!

So ya think that's why the not guilty verdicts? The jury heard he would shave his mustache if mj was found guilty?

(Wouldn't suprise me if this jury had been listening to all the TH's.)

I think the jury got wind of the threat of their homes being burned down if they came back w/guilty verdicts.

The guy on CTV now, says Sneddon has lost credibility. HUH????

Hasn't he heard juror #1's interview?

I think the jury has lost credibility.

I have to tell you I felt VISCERAL disgust for this OJ JURY II yesterday. I haven't been able to watch CTV or ANY program that even mentions this case since the verdict. This was a collection of star struck MORONS that just set a Pedophile free to wreak havoc and ruin God only knows how many more little boys lives. It was a total TRAVESTY. Honestly, I am as sick as I am angry. CALIFORNIA Juries, it seems, are a total loss. Michael Jackson is NO celebrity, he is a FREAK. Every victim from here on will have their blood on these 12 idiots hands. I don't think the entire collection of them had IQ's that equalled 12.!!

I agree with you Arthur. This poor family is in the witness protection program because of Jackson and his thugs and these IDIOTS have the nerve to even speak to the public. They should be tarred and feathered and run out of town. What a disgrace each and every one of them is.!! There is actually a box number where you can send a letter to let this boy know that you/me/whoever BELIEVES him. I plan to do just that. This was a very sad day for CHILDREN.

Every time any of them open their mouths in an interview.....makes them look like the bafoons their verdict showed.

Actually, I'm beginning to laugh at them now.

It's such a relief from the anger I'd had.

Jackson's music is commercial tripe....like Timberlake or any Boy Band or Squealing Pig R&B singer...Aguilera (unlike the Aretha days).

Serious rock or rock and roll lovers laughed at Jackson's antics and music.

very un-cool

I think Rush did a little ehm... 'pigment triangulation' yesterday. He really laid it on thick. Savage actually kept an open mind and realized that many priests were locked up for a lot less evidence. There lies the rub. He exposed a child to a child porn magazine, for goodness sake!

And what is he doing with child porn magazines? Were there actually suggestions of male sodomy in those mags? If so, for that reason alone, he should get nailed. We certainly didn't tolerate Scott Ritter's interests in pictures of little girls, did we?

They sure know how to select juries out there! If it were a random jury selection, Jackson would have been locked up.

"...did the prosecutor convince beyond a reasonable doubt?"

It's a no-brainer.

1. Continuing to sleep with little boys after settling on a pedaphile suit.

2. Keeping little boy porno in his house, and being so sloppy with it [to put it conservatively], that the porno ends up in the hands of a little boy he's sleeping with.

3. Giving alchoholic beverages to little boys.

4. Witnesses of lewd behavior to top it off, who's credibility can't be any worse than his at this point.

No reasonable doubts here.

The defense did what Clinton and the Dream Team did. No imagination. Just put the accusers on trial. Duh. And obviously, a slick defense team can make the prosecuter look bad-- what the heck does a person expect a slick defense team to do?

Unfortunately, the prosecutors didn't actually *prove* any of that in court. Not even the alcohol charge, which should have been a gimme. They let it become a "he said/they said."

The prosecutors failed to properly prep their witnesses and were repeatedly surprised by what their own witnesses said on the stand. Their witnesses had no credibility, unfortunately not even the victim, which itself provides the reasonable doubt mandating acquital.

The only thing we know for a fact is your point #1 - "Continuing to sleep with little boys after settling on a pedaphile suit." Which is highly questionable, but was allowed by the boys' guardians. And therefore, not a crime.

I think he did it. I'm furious that the prosecution so bungled it - it was possibly the last chance to nail him.
