I have no idea. Were it not for FR HTML sandbox I would be more lost than I am now.
I have visions of this guy hooking up a portable P/C to an outside phone line at Seven-Eleven and using someones legit numbers to do this. Then he moves on down the line to another source and continues.
Honestly? I have no idea how much hate and viciousness one must have to do this. Never mind how they have the time.
It must be easier to do than I imagine.
