Sadly, that happens in this industry. It of course affects how one operates when the competition gets "hardcore". Yet, the applications still come in. The pay level for even high skill levels is nowhere near the other crafts, but folks would rather work with beautiful woods vs. pipe poo poo.
My employee(s) are treated with principles inconsistent with another what was taught by another wood worker long ago.
After all, did not the Creator of the Universe entrust a wood worker to raise His very own Son?

Actually this company is called American Woodmark and is one of the countrys largets manufacturers. The work has nothing at all to do with old style craftsmanship. They are simply cranking out machine made wood products with the labor of low paid serfs.
