He claims he did. Then weaseled around about how long it wouild take to file the paperwork.

It's been reported that he did sign it, and that it's been sent to the Navy for review.

But we all know what a waffler he is, so I don't much stock in whatever info is released. As another poster noted, if that information that he's so slow to release would have helped his campaign, you better believe he would have released it early last year.
