Yes, he should be removed for those reasons -- but he hasn't been because people are ignorant of history. At the very least, he should be removed for not doing his job, being that his poor performance has been visible to the people of the present.
I know...I just don't get it! That should have been the biggest deterrent in his quest for the WH, but it was rarely mentioned. I had heard that Jerome Corsi was thinking about running against him in '08. If he does, I will move to MA (ugh) and volunteer 20 hours a day for him.
