I would say his bad weather is just begining. The National Hurricane Center's 5pm advisory brings Arlene right into his area late tomorrow. The forward speed has increased a bit today, and the environment is not very favorable for much more development. It should come in a strong TS or minimal Hurricane... worst conditions to the East of landfall.

It is (i am not sure) but is surpost to hide your ISP form anyone tracing you. Bouncing it around the world. Might be a good idea. I am computer changled so having a hard time getting it to work.
