Another terror response drill was staged in area.
Terror plot in Lodi, CA:
Father & Son team. Son trained at a camp in Pakistan in 2003-2004. Father know of the son's activities, provided financing and cover. More arrests are expected.
The milk supply is not that secure, but the tanker trucks are locked as well as the processing plants. Employee backgrounds are checked. The milk is tested for bacteria but not for biological agents.

re- testing of milk- same for many water supplies- tested for bacteria and chemicals but NOT certain biologicals which could create havoc.
