If they start taking random shots at civilians, myself and more than a few of my friends are going to start 'hunting' them. Last I heard, there is no bad limit on terrorists.

Just think about this for a second. All these mosques are in every major city and we don't have an idea what is in them. If they armed all there people and came out for an all out attack war. How many days would it take to get control of this?
