Do you work with Noranda Mining Company?
I read that China owns it?
Of course, there is Google, thought you might have first hand info, I am out of date on my personal knowledge of the mining companies in this area.
Noranda was buying in this area 10 to 20 years ago, as I know people who sold to them. We have copper, lead, moly and the rare earths, also lead and zinc.
No, haven't worked in the mining industry directly. I've worked private and public sector on mine clean-ups though. Don't know off hand about Noranda ownership. AZ is rich in copper and related ore minerals and with its dry climate is less prone to environmental problems than wetter or cooler areas.
