Some dumb stupid lamebrain Open Skies Treaty, I guess. Isn't it mindboggling? I wonder how much more rope we have left until we hang ourselves as Lenin said we would.
All I can say is I hope we are reaping all we can out of that treaty because we know Russia probably will.
